About the Foundation

The Escondido Library Foundation (ELF) is a group of dedicated and informed community leaders who understand the significance and value the library brings to Escondido and Inland North County. ELF board members are committed to expanding, strengthening and sustaining the library’s buildings and services through capital fundraising and donor campaigns. Through the Foundation’s philanthropy, advocacy and outreach, the Escondido Public Library is able to thrive and remain flexible, meeting the changing and diverse needs of the community.
